About TIPSS Mission StatementTIPSS is a nationwide association of independent staffing firms dedicated to openly sharing industry information and best practices to benefit members in providing exceptional service to their clients and employees. The Independent Professional Staffing Society—otherwise known as TIPSS—is a national association of independently owned staffing firms, engaged in periodic information exchange and performance enhancement educational activities, directed toward fulfilling their commitment to provide extraordinary service to their customers and employees. TIPSS was incorporated in early 1978 and came into existence by a group of independent staffing firm owners who felt that other associations were more focused toward non-independent organizations. We feel that non-competitive independents have a great deal to share with one another; therefore we have come together in TIPSS. Board of Directors
