The Best Habit Quotes and Sayings

If you want to know where you’ll be in life 5 years from now, look at your habits. Habits are everything. Habits make up your failures or successes. The main reason is because what you do consistently is what you’ll get. Doing something once in a while won’t change your life much but when you do something every single day, the results of your actions will stack up resulting in what you see.

People don’t go from skinny to fat overnight. It’s the repeated process of overeating that causes that. People don’t usually stack up tons of debt overnight either. It’s the act of repeatedly over spending that causes that.

So if you want to see where you life is headed, look at your habits. If you don’t like what you’re seeing, change them. Here’s a short video about the power of habits.
